The most refined coffee origins are selected and purchased directly on site in the countries of origin. Our Grani d’Oro blend is made largely with rare coffee origins, some of which are endorsed as Speciality Coffee, or rather a unique botanical variety that comes from a specific production area of the world. Quality in five steps. 1. The first check is done on a sample sent from the country of origin before shipping. 2. The second step is a cross-check between the first and second samples taken before loading. 3. The third check is conducted on a sample drawn at the port of arrival. 4. All of the blends of roasted coffee are monitored. 5. Blind tests are conducted weekly on the Vescovi production.
