At 98mm, the huge SSP flat burrs of the Lagom P100 guarantee a precise and uniform grind at high speed. This workhorse of a grinder can produce up to 5g/s of espresso grind coffee. Low retention
The design of the burrs and motor allows incredibly low-retention grinding. The Lagom P100 also has an auto-purge system and a knocker in the dispenser to make sure that you get all the coffee you mean to use. In auto-purge, the RPM goes up automatically towards the end of the grinding process to eliminate as much ground from the chamber as possible.
